Coffee is good for your heart
Studies reveal that coffee can improve the functioning of the heart. A 2013 study, with over a million participants, suggested a significant reduction in cardiovascular disease, especially in women. Consuming 3-5 cups per day showed the most significant protective effect, while quantities over 5 cups per day were associated with a smaller reduction.

Drinking coffee on a regular basis can prevent you from developing some types of cancer. Scientific studies have shown that people who drink coffee regularly (3 or more cups a day) have a lower risk of developing liver cancer compared to non-coffee drinkers.
Help reduce cognitive decline
Regular coffee consumption has been associated with a lower risk of Parkinson’s disease, as well as, Alzheimer’s disease.
Decrease risk of depression
Consumption of coffee has been linked to a decreased risk of depression. A study published in the Journal of the American Medical Association showed depression risk decreases with increasing caffeinated coffee consumption in women.
Research shows that people who drink coffee regularly live longer. This is believed to be because coffee contains antioxidants which are capable of fighting many diseases such as cancers, heart failure, and liver disease.
Enhanced exercise performance
Drinking coffee before exercising may increase your performance. We all know that the caffeine in coffee acts as a stimulant, providing energy and focus. Caffeine can also assist the body in shifting muscle to burn more fat, thus prolonging the time they can expend energy.
